At Lava Charm, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

• It must be returned with original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Used, worn, or damaged products.
• Personal accessories that have been unsealed (due to hygiene reasons).
